Paleontology and geologyThere are no rocks of Devonian age exposed in Kansas. Devonian and Silurian rocks are undifferentiated and are found only in the subsurface. They consist mainly of limestones and the mineral dolomite and are found only in northeastern and north-central Kansas. |
